The objective of the research was to uncover the effect of using virtual classrooms in developing computer and internet skills among students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies. The problem of research was identified in the main question:
"What is the effect of the use of virtual classrooms in the development of computer and Internet skills among students of the Higher Institute of Qualitative Studies?"
In order to answer the research questions, the researcher used the experimental method to design the two groups by a post-test of the effect of the independent variable, which is the default chapter in the development of computer and Internet skills. The sample of the research sample was selected by 60 students from the first division, for the qualitative studies, they were divided into two groups, one experimental, 30 students and the other 30 students. To collect the research data, the researcher prepared the research tools, a cognitive test, a note card to evaluate the performance and verified its validity and stability.
Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended the use of virtual classrooms and focus on their use in the development of computer and Internet skills, and that the management of the Institute help academics and students to communicate through the virtual classrooms by providing the required material resources, and recommended the adoption of positive trends by Academics towards the function of modern technology in the teaching of undergraduate courses.
