The aim of the research was to measure the effectiveness of a strategy based on interactive learning in mathematics to develop problem solving skills for secondary students in Kuwait. The sample included 60 female students from the 10th grade secondary school in the secondary school of girls in Kuwait. They were divided into two groups,(30) students were taught using the proposed strategy, and the other officer and the strength of (30) students were taught in the usual way used in the teaching of mathematics, and used the study descriptive approach and semi-experimental method, and the research tools in the test skills to solve the problem T units (Alghebr- numbers and operations Alleha-triangles - lghebr- account Alngar- planar) Engineering, The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the strategy based on interactive learning in mathematics to develop problem solving skills for secondary students in the State of Kuwait. In view of the research results, the research presented a number of recommendations. The most important of these was the need to train in-service teachers to teach problem solving skills. An integrated guide for mathematics teachers to guide them in developing these skills.
